Supplement to this privacy policy – last updated: 27 September 2026
Controller: Prokoss Mobilrot S.r.l., Zona Artigianale Nord 5, 39040 Ora (BZ), Italy – info@mobilrot.com
Purpose. To send you offers, news and information about Mobilrot products and services by e-mail.
Data processed. First and last name, e-mail address, company and town (if provided), language, date, time and wording of your consent and, for customers, the products purchased, so that we only send you relevant offers.
1. With your consent. If you tick the optional box for e-mail offers in the contact form or when placing an order, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 130(1) and (2) of the Italian Privacy Code, Legislative Decree 196/2003). Consent is voluntary: your enquiry or order will be handled either way.
2. Customers: similar products and services. If you buy from us, we may use the e-mail address provided with your order to inform you about our own similar products and services, even without express consent. Legal basis: Art. 130(4) Legislative Decree 196/2003 (for customers based in Germany: Section 7(3) UWG) and our legitimate interest in marketing to our customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We inform you of this when you order and in every e-mail.
Withdrawal and objection. You can withdraw your consent or object to these e-mails at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons (Art. 7(3) and Art. 21(2) GDPR): via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to info@mobilrot.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it and has no effect on your orders or enquiries.
Recipients. Our authorised staff and providers of IT, hosting and e-mail delivery services acting on our behalf as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention. Until you withdraw your consent or object. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your e-mail address on a suppression list so that you receive no further mailings, together with the record of your consent and withdrawal for as long as needed to demonstrate that they were handled correctly.
Your rights. The rights described in this policy remain unaffected (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), as does your right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Italian authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
