With just two system components (upright and shelves), complex rows of modular shelving are created for every storage application.
Our attention to finishes and the wide range of colours allow us to offer industrial metal shelving for environments where appearance matters or is even essential: for example spare-parts stores for industry and crafts, but also settings that need a superior look such as libraries, fashion warehouses, and the pharmaceutical or museum sectors.

The optimal solution for rational, tidy and adaptable storage, with welded central uprights and slot-in assembly.

Shelf height adjustable every 50 or 25 mm for flexible adaptation to the products to be stored.
Starter bay:
2 uprights, 5 shelves and a cross brace.
Add-on bay:
1 upright and 5 shelves.
Standard shelving height:
from 1000 mm to 6000 mm.
Standard shelf depth:
300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 mm.
Standard shelf length:
820, 970, 1230 or 1300 mm (other lengths on request).
Load per single shelf:
up to 250 kg with 2 Z-reinforcements or up to 400 kg with 3 welded omegas.
Load per bay:
2700 kg, 4500 kg or 6500 kg.
Surface finish:
powder coating RAL 7035 shelves and RAL 9005 uprights, full RAL range on request.
Load capacity signs in compliance with European Directive 92/58/EEC and UNI EN 15535:2010.
Shelving designed according to EN 15212:2020 “Steel static storage systems”; earthquake-resistant construction on request.
The Procoss system is a quality product with CE TÜV Italia certification in accordance with the relevant standards.
