SHELVING FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY
OUR SHELVING FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY IS CREATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS, AND FEATURES AN ANTI-BACTERIAL PERFORMANCE OF 99.99%. OUR “CLEAN” PRODUCTS IN DETAIL:
Storage is one of the most important aspects of the food sector, as it calls for meticulous care and attention. One of the main responsibilities facing people who manage a warehouse which stores food or drinks is to store the products in the best possible manner in order to enhance their flavours and comply fully with hygiene and traceability regulations. Every single item used in this sector must meet the requirements of EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 on materials specifically for the food industry and/or intended to come into close contact with food. This regulation states that the products must not be exposed to any harmful substances, as these could cause the growth of bacteria and impact on the taste and quality of the food.
One of Mobilrot’s lines is that of specialised furnishings for food shops which, with their CLEAN finish, guarantee the highest of quality and cleanliness. This finish is in absolute compliance with food hygiene regulations.
Our CLEAN food shelves feature a purpose-developed anti-bacterial coating which is extremely easy to clean and prevents the proliferation of harmful micro-organisms such as staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli, to name a few of the most common. The antibacterial performance that Mobilrot ensures with CLEAN food shelves is 99.99%, a figure which has been certified by experts.
The wide range of Mobilrot food sector shelving, in perfect compliance with quality and hygiene regulations, offers customer a compelling and convenient alternative to stainless steel shelves. Our CLEAN products include:
